When we act as a business associate handling Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of a covered entity, our obligations are governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between CureMed and the covered entity, in accordance with HIPAA.
Our standard pricing is 3.99 percent of collections, payable monthly. Specific fee arrangements, payment terms, and billing cycles are set out in each client’s service agreement. Fees exclude any pass-through payer, clearinghouse, or third-party costs, which will be documented in your service agreement.
