SMS Terms of Service

These terms cover text messages sent by CureMed LLC. We only message people who have given us their number and agreed to hear from us, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP.

What This Programme Sends

CureMed sends text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive them. We use text messages for the following:

• Letting you know your free billing audit report is ready
• Reminders about a call or demo you have booked with us
• Updates on an onboarding or credentialing request in progress
• Occasional notices about your account, for current clients

We do not send promotional offers, and we do not text anyone who has not asked us to. We never include patient information, claim details, or anything else protected under HIPAA in a text message.

How You Join

You join by entering your mobile number on a form at curemed.co and ticking the consent box that appears beside it. That box is never ticked for you, and you can submit the form without it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

How Often We Message

Message frequency varies and depends on what you have asked us for. Most people receive fewer than four messages a month. We do not send recurring broadcasts.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. CureMed does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to Stop

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop immediately. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.

You can also email contact@curemed.co or call +1 (404) 806-4550 and ask us to remove your number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your email subscription or your account with us.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may not arrive in areas with poor coverage or on devices that do not support them.

Your Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing. Your number is used to message you and for nothing else. Our full privacy policy explains how we handle the rest of the information you give us.

Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to receive our messages after a change means you accept the revised terms.
