Payout after first collection
Your first commission payment arrives once the referred practice makes their first payment to CureMed, typically 30 to 45 days after signing. The window itself starts on the signing date.

Commission is paid every month via your preferred method. We support ACH, PayPal, Wise, and direct bank transfer for international partners.

How the commission window works
You have one window, not one per practice. It opens the day your first referred practice signs and runs for two years. Every further pair of practices buys another year, applied to your whole book rather than just the newest one.

A practice only extends the window if it signs while the window is still open. Refer four inside the first two years and the window becomes three; sign that fourth a month late and the cycle has already closed. When it closes you stop earning on new invoices, but commission already accrued is still owed and still paid.
The portal shows your closing date, how many practices count toward it, and how many more would extend it, so none of this has to be worked out on paper.
Questions partners ask before joining
Earnings depend on the size of practices you refer. A practice collecting $75,000 a month generates a CureMed fee of about $3,743, of which your commission is roughly $187 a month, or $4,491 across the two years. Partners who refer several practices commonly earn between $500 and $2,500 a month, and our highest earners are past $3,000.
You have one commission window across everything you refer, not a separate clock per practice. It opens when your first referred practice signs and runs two years. Every further pair of practices adds another year: four practices makes it three years, six makes it four, ten makes it six. A practice only counts if it signs while the window is still open, and when the window closes you stop earning on new invoices while commission already accrued is still paid.
