5 percent of monthly billing fee
You earn 5 percent of the CureMed billing fee charged to the referred practice every month. Not 5 percent of collections, 5 percent of our service fee.
2 year recurring duration
Commission continues for 24 months from the first payment. Your earnings only stop if the practice cancels service or the 2 year period ends without new referrals.
Payout after first collection
Your first commission payment arrives once the referred practice makes their first payment to CureMed. Typically 30 to 45 days after they sign our service agreement.
Monthly automatic payouts
Commission is paid every month via your preferred method. We support ACH, PayPal, Wise, and direct bank transfer for international partners.
Stackable multiple referrals
No limit on how many practices you can refer. Each referral has its own 2 year commission window. Refer 10 practices and earn from all 10 simultaneously.
Signed partnership agreement
Every approved partner receives a written agreement outlining commission structure, payout terms, and program duration. Full legal protection for both parties.
How the 2 year timer reset works
Your commission on each referred practice lasts 2 years from their first payment. However, if you refer another new practice within any 2 year window, the timer resets to another 2 years for all your active referrals. This means consistently active partners can earn indefinitely from every practice they refer.
Questions partners ask before joining
Earnings depend on the size of practices you refer. A practice collecting $75,000 a month generates a CureMed fee of about $3,743, of which your commission is roughly $187 a month, or $4,491 across the two years. Partners who refer several practices commonly earn between $500 and $2,500 a month, and our highest earners are past $3,000.
Every referred practice earns you commission for 24 months from their first payment. If you refer another new practice within any 2 year window, the timer resets to another 24 months for all your active referrals. This means partners who refer consistently earn indefinitely. Partners who stop referring completely will see commissions phase out after their most recent 2 year window closes.

No. We accept international referral partners as long as the referred practice is based in the United States. We support international payment methods including Wise and international bank transfers. Tax reporting requirements vary by country and are the partner responsibility.
